The Staff Accountant manages accounts payable and receivable, reconciles bank, credit card, logistics, and operational data, supports financial close processes, and handles partner billing. The role tracks restricted grant expenditures, maintains audit-ready records, monitors overdue accounts, and supports funder compliance. It also serves as a finance contact for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate financial data and strong internal controls.

Owns Sharing Excess’s organic social strategy and audience growth across Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities include setting channel strategy, managing content calendars, producing and editing short-form content, capturing field and event footage, monitoring trends, leading campaign execution, analyzing performance, and coordinating external creators and contractors.

The Chief Development Officer will design and lead a national development strategy to secure over $35M annually, managing major donor relationships and collaborations with senior leadership for fundraising growth.
