Provides high-level administrative support to the Assistant Commissioner and senior staff, including oversight and verification of reports, claims, and forms; investigates administrative problems and recommends solutions; coordinates procurement, travel, and other office processes; acts as main assistant to regulatory officers and government representatives.

Provide administrative and technical support for Water Resource Management: track OPRA requests, equipment/credential returns, travel card use, create and maintain detailed tracking spreadsheets, and manage referrals/inquiries. Perform data review and verification under supervision and assist with routine program processes.

Provide IT support for mission-critical infrastructure and applications (SDWIS, EN Suite, Drinking Water Viewer). Maintain web applications on Windows Server IIS and Tomcat, support Oracle databases, web services, and XML integrations. Perform installations, configurations, diagnostics, patching, endpoint hardware support, network maintenance (LAN/MAN/WAN), and coordinate with DOIT, EPA, and contractors for data transfers and system transitions.

Develops and maintains analytic reports in SAP Business Intelligence, creates and tests PL/SQL functions and database reference data in Oracle, builds online services using PL/SQL/HTML/JavaScript, and develops applications to support environmental data review and processing. Provides user support and maintains data integrity across platforms.

Provide on-the-job training and support for HR and talent acquisition functions: maintain the DEP ePAR system and organizational charts, coordinate job fairs and recruitment via LinkedIn and social media, assist with events and career programs, support talent acquisition processes (promotions, salary increases, seasonal hiring), and perform HR administrative and reporting tasks.

Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networks; install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot systems; manage and review IT acquisitions for compliance; maintain inventories and project tracking; support web-hosting and virtual meeting platforms; liaise with staff and public and participate in IT implementation teams.
