Supervise preparation of U.S. consolidated federal and state income tax returns and interim/year-end tax provisions. Lead and mentor a tax team, manage tax planning, reporting and compliance, support audits and tax credit projects, evaluate tax implications of company activities, and oversee tax filings and documentation.
