Job DescriptionAs part of a permanent contract, we are looking for an Global Key Account Manager in USA
Reporting to the Head of Global Key Account, your mission will consist in developing sales within the Connectivity division by offering technical support services, compliance testing and certification for electrical and electronic industry.
You will build your network and promote the SGS offer to ensure the sustainable growth of our services.
Main Missions:

- Monitor project progress on a daily basis, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, in collaboration with internal teams

- Actively participate in professional events to represent the company, promote services, and identify new commercial targets

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑changing environment
- Understanding of international trade practices and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional and positive attitude
- Proactive and collaborative mindset to work with teams and functions across regions
Ideally, you have knowledge of the electronics/electrical industry.

Additional InformationCompensation
The expected salary range for this position is $103,000 to $115,000 base salary. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
