Lead FP&A for Bosch Home Comfort NA: own AOP and rolling forecasts, build complex financial models, drive variance analysis and KPIs, produce executive reporting, improve FP&A processes and tooling, and manage a small team.

Sell residential and commercial YORK/Hitachi HVAC equipment and parts to contractors, grow existing accounts, recruit new YORK dealers, create marketing strategies, coach customers on product selection and selling approach, negotiate terms, meet sales targets, and promote participation in training.

Lead development and deployment of manufacturing automation systems including PLCs, robotics, vision, HMI/SCADA, MES and industrial networks. Manage projects from concept to production, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), oversee supplier integration, mentor engineers, ensure safety and compliance, and partner cross-functionally to improve OEE, throughput, quality, and cost.
