The Director of Alumni & Friends Engagement leads Montana Tech's alumni relations and fundraising programs, fostering connections and increasing philanthropic support through strategic initiatives and collaborations.

The position involves teaching, conducting research in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy, and mentoring students at Montana Tech.

Lead campus-wide AI strategy, governance, and responsible adoption. Lead and manage Montana Tech's Leadership Program: develop strategy and governance, design a four-year cohort pathway, recruit and mentor students, collaborate with faculty and partners, secure funding, oversee operations, assessment, budgeting, and staff supervision to improve student leadership development and program outcomes.

The coordinator will provide college preparatory services to students, assist in applications, conduct tutoring, and lead summer programs.

The Administrative Associate III supports the Department of Business by managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and budget monitoring while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.

The Academic Advisor I advises and coaches students in the MT10 program, supports enrollment and retention, coordinates with faculty, and manages student information.
