Coordinates graduate micro-credential programs, serving students and stakeholders while managing admissions, enrollment, completion operations, outreach, recruitment, marketing, grants, special projects, budgets, and staff supervision. Provides training and informational sessions, tracks student and partner communications, supports CRM implementation, and promotes program growth. Requires strong organization, communication, student-service, administrative, grant, and resource-management skills. Some weekend work and travel are required.

Provides advanced administrative support to Highlands College leadership, faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Manages clerical, budget, and purchasing transactions; maintains records and communications; coordinates meetings and campus events; and supports students and families. Serves as Pearson Testing Center site manager and proctor as needed, while overseeing work-study and testing center personnel. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Develops and executes brand communications supporting university marketing and admissions. Leads TikTok strategy and content creation, writes email and web copy, produces digital and print materials, manages prospective-student communications in the EMP/CRM, and maintains consistent institutional branding. Supports SEO, AI Engine Optimization, digital advertising, analytics, and cross-functional recruitment campaigns.
