Plans and oversees training and operational projects from initiation through completion. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, purchasing, invoicing, staffing, subcontractors, equipment, reporting, compliance, risks, and customer coordination. Maintain and validate alarm system and building account information to support Federal Protective Service dispatching. Update building profiles, perform QA on information systems, track/log operations statistics, and assist with personnel training on system operations.

Oversee contract operations, personnel, schedules, quality control, compliance, costs, deliverables, equipment accountability, and security operations centers. Serve as the primary client contact, supervise the workforce, maintain coverage, manage emergencies, develop SOPs, conduct corporate reviews, and ensure adherence to government and state requirements.
