The role partners closely with marketing, sales, deployment, customers, and company leadership while experimenting with formats that build audience, brand, and revenue.

Build and ship full-stack features for a scalable, configurable platform used by thousands of municipalities. Own product areas end-to-end, design configuration layers, use production data and customer feedback, contribute to technical design and code review, and integrate AI capabilities to improve government services.

Support customers in using GovWell's platform, resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure ongoing adoption while building relationships with municipal stakeholders.

The Deployment Strategist will lead new customer launches for GovWell by managing implementations, ensuring onboarding, workflow design, and customer satisfaction in a client-facing role. Responsibilities include project management, providing feedback to product teams, and supporting a successful customer experience with up to 25% travel.

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you'll unblock enterprise customer deployments, translate bespoke requirements into scalable solutions, and enhance product capabilities while collaborating with sales and deployment teams.
