Designs sensor timing logic and ISP data paths, contributes to SoC architecture, and performs chip integration and verification. Collaborates on physical design, timing closure, DFT, chip bring-up, silicon debugging, image tuning, and production qualification. Requires at least two years of RTL digital design experience with Verilog or SystemVerilog, scripting proficiency, and experience optimizing power, performance, and area. Image sensor, MIPI, and ISP experience are preferred.

Design, implement, maintain, and support cybersecurity tools and platforms, including EDR, DLP, web proxy, messaging security, vulnerability management, and identity and access management. Develop security playbooks and troubleshooting documentation, assist with incident response, collaborate across teams, and improve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

Lead systems development for next-generation CMOS image sensors, modules, and imaging systems. Develop models, perform analytical and simulation-based feasibility studies, evaluate technology options, and guide product and R&D decisions. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, customers, and partners on product concepts, planning, specifications, and technical discussions. Communicate analysis outcomes, product objectives, and R&D direction across teams.

Designs and develops transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for CMOS image sensors, including pixel arrays, amplifiers, comparators, data converters, timing controls, and readout circuits. Performs chip floorplanning, layout, simulation, verification, testing, debugging, characterization, and optimization. Collaborates with digital, verification, process, test, and application engineering teams, using Cadence tools, MATLAB, and Excel for analysis and signal processing.

Design and develop transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for CMOS image sensors. Perform block, transistor-level, and whole-chip simulations; create and optimize sensor-array readout layouts using Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre. Collaborate with verification, process, test, and applications teams to debug, characterize, and optimize fabricated image sensors from concept through product release.

Manage semiconductor supply chain planning from new device release through mass production. Coordinate wafer loading, subcontractor schedules, material requirements, inventory, demand forecasting, production flow, and fulfillment across Taiwan and China. Collaborate with engineering, sales, product management, suppliers, and project teams to resolve production issues, improve wafer yields, reduce costs, and meet customer demand.

Characterize and optimize CMOS image sensor performance by bringing up new silicon, validating functionality, developing testing methodologies, analyzing pixel-level and analog/digital subsystems, and identifying improvements. Collaborate with design, process, applications, production, and quality teams to resolve system issues and support product transitions, yield, reliability, and quality goals.

Define CMOS image sensor products for security market requirements across North America and Europe. Manage product promotion to customers and partners, support Sales, develop new markets, define security sensor and system solutions, establish partnership strategies, and promote products to key customers. The role may require limited travel for customer promotion and trade shows.

Assure quality across automotive IC product development, manufacturing, release, servicing, and customer support. Lead quality improvement, Safe Launch, high-voltage stress testing, yield analysis, FMEA, failure analysis, customer complaint investigations, and CAPA. Use semiconductor testing and microscopy tools to identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams, customers, suppliers, package houses, and foundries, and support multi-region camera module manufacturing sites.

Provides administrative support across departments, maintains records and filing systems, coordinates calendars, meetings, and travel, manages communications, prepares reports and business documents, and ensures document control processes are followed and improved. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, organization, communication, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities with vendors, customers, and internal partners. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
