Lead design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across multiple business units. Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Supply Chain, and technical roles: source, screen, schedule interviews, extend offers, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, lead campus relations, and analyze TA metrics to improve candidate experience.

Support the Direct Procurement team with category management, vendor management, budgeting, and strategic sourcing. Implement and maintain vendor and finished-goods databases, assist supplier negotiations, monitor price updates and vendor KPIs, support quality/legal compliance, identify cost-savings projects, update savings trackers, and help implement upstream procurement initiatives and global co-man processes.

Requires travel and hybrid office presence.

Lead trade marketing for Karoun Dairies: develop and execute retail and e-commerce trade plans, manage promotions, demos, POS materials and budgets, conduct store visits and competitive benchmarking, track KPIs and syndicated data (IRI), coordinate with sales/marketing, manage events and sample requests, and drive in-store execution to improve brand visibility and sales.

Process weekly/biweekly payrolls for 3,500+ employees: import UKG/Kronos time data into Paylocity, reconcile batches, process garnishments, merits, terminations, maintain SOPs, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, respond to payroll inquiries, support software migrations, and protect payroll data confidentiality.
