Owns the pipeline from consumer insight and opportunity identification through testing, commercialization, launch, and optimization. Establishes innovation governance, business cases, success metrics, and test-and-learn frameworks while partnering across marketing, culinary, operations, supply chain, finance, and analytics. Builds the innovation team and drives measurable growth in sales, traffic, profitability, brand relevance, guest engagement, and franchisee satisfaction.

Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines supporting enterprise analytics and AI. Lead data architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving layers while implementing testing, CI/CD, observability, quality, lineage, governance, and access controls. Integrate restaurant and enterprise data sources, optimize platform performance and cost, deliver production-ready datasets for BI and AI, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional technical stakeholders.

Provide HR business partner support to corporate Franchise Operations leaders (VPs and below).
