Lead Wingstop's loyalty program strategy, roadmap, and performance across acquisition, engagement, retention, and personalization. Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver loyalty features, build test-and-learn experiments, analyze results, and communicate executive-level recommendations. Manage and develop a Loyalty Product Manager and ensure restaurant-friendly, scalable implementations.

Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees (domestic and international), ensure multi-state and local tax compliance, perform audits and reconciliations, analyze payroll data and variances, manage garnishments, maintain payroll controls and records, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Designs and leads enterprise talent programs — succession planning, talent reviews, performance calibration, and high-potential development. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring People reports, ensure workforce metric consistency, clean and reconcile HR data from Oracle HCM/ADP/Excel/SharePoint, benchmark metrics, implement AI and automation (ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate), support HR tech implementations and testing, and create documentation and training for stakeholders.

Support indirect procurement for marketing, HR, finance, corporate and restaurant services. Coordinate RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, perform spend and market analyses, support contract/SOW/SLAs, manage supplier performance, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and track savings, risk, and supplier metrics using BI and AI tools.

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting for a public company, ensure SOX 404 compliance, manage month/quarter/year-end close, support SEC filings, direct audits, drive process improvements, and manage and develop accounting staff.

Provide hands-on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of corporate AV systems and live production workflows (video switching, audio mixing, recording, streaming). Support conference rooms, media studio, events, digital signage, networked AV (NDI, Dante, AV-over-IP), control platforms, PTZ cameras, and train stakeholders while coordinating upgrades and vendor work.

Lead international development strategy and analytics: identify growth opportunities, support financial modeling and asset strategies, set franchisee goals, improve market-entry and new-opening processes, benchmark KPIs to drive profitability, and partner cross-functionally to implement change.
