Perform shipping and receiving, mail processing, submit supply orders, conduct annual equipment/asset inventories, and coordinate headquarters motor pool and related recordkeeping.

Preside over a variety of court matters (preliminary criminal proceedings, misdemeanors, traffic, small claims, landlord/tenant, mental health commitments), examine evidence and testimony, rule on subpoenas and admissibility, make findings of fact and conclusions of law, impose fines/sentences, review mail pleas, and perform other assigned judicial duties.

Manage the OLCC IT Operations team, oversee IT standards, assets, budgets, vendor performance, staffing, training, and coordinate with CIO on policy, strategy, and operational plans for networks, systems, and databases.

Serve as the Western Region Liaison for the Southern-Western Regional Solutions Center, coordinating state, local, tribal, and federal partners to identify barriers, propose solutions, streamline regulatory coordination, and advance DEQ priorities. Facilitate multi-agency projects, advise decision-makers, conduct outreach with diverse communities, and represent the Regional Solutions Center. Regular statewide travel (including overnight stays) and site visits required.

Provide high-level application architecture, .NET/C# development, integration, and business analysis. Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions (MVC, Blazor, Entity Framework, MSSQL), maintain IT standards and security, support mission‑critical public safety and financial applications, collaborate with IT teams and vendors, and contribute to strategic planning, business continuity, and disaster recovery related to the application portfolio.

Supervise the Set Aside team handling intake, coordination, and processing of set aside motion packets and court orders. Ensure accuracy and compliance of criminal history records, improve document transfer efficiency with courts/prosecutors, manage communications within CJIS, monitor staff performance, participate in recruitment, hiring, training, and update unit processes and goals.
