The Manager is responsible for plant performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsible for ensuring product quality and process improvements by leading APQP and PPAP activities, facilitating Six Sigma projects, and managing supplier quality.

Manage assigned customer accounts across the entire order lifecycle, acting as single-point-of-contact for customers, distribution centers, and manufacturing. Resolve complex inquiries, ensure export compliance and accurate documentation, coach team members, support customer visits, and produce internal and customer reports to meet service level agreements.
