Provides logistical, analytical, and administrative support for transportation, commercial activities, product shipments, inventory reporting, railcar fleets, and customer supply commitments. Coordinates shipments, vendors, facilities, customers, inspectors, and internal departments across multiple mining operations. Maintains rates and contracts in HERMES, tracks transportation assets, supports forecasting and reporting, and handles supervisor responsibilities when needed. Requires transportation logistics knowledge, computer proficiency, accounting skills, two years of college coursework, and two years of related experience.

Leads the strategy, architecture, operation, security, reliability, and lifecycle management of enterprise IT and industrial OT infrastructure. Oversees servers, storage, virtualization, networks, firewalls, data centers, backups, disaster recovery, and remote connectivity across mining and processing locations. Establishes technical standards and lifecycle plans, leads infrastructure projects, manages vendors and budgets, and directs the infrastructure team while coordinating with cybersecurity, process control, and site operations.

Supports internal and external communications through writing, editing, content scheduling, social media, website and intranet updates, brand and multimedia content, events, employee engagement, and administrative coordination. The role maintains communication assets and calendars, tracks metrics, supports vendors and budgets, and travels between company sites to gather content and assist with events. Strong proofreading, organization, collaboration, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Lead operational readiness for ASARCO’s concentrator and tailings facility expansion, coordinating commissioning, startup, ramp-up, handover, workforce training, documentation, maintenance systems, safety, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The role develops readiness strategies, milestones, assessments, risk mitigation plans, go-live checklists, and transition processes while supporting the facility through startup into steady-state operations.

Supports the reliability, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement of process control and automation systems in mining and mineral processing operations. Works with DCS, SCADA, PLC/HMI, historians, instrumentation, alarms, control loops, dashboards, and OT systems while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Metallurgy, Reliability, Engineering, and IT/OT teams.

Provides reliability engineering guidance for mine-site projects, equipment maintenance, process control, safety, and continuous improvement. Investigates equipment issues, performs statistical and condition-monitoring analysis, coordinates with Operations and Maintenance, supports construction and modification projects, prepares technical documentation, and conducts field data collection using vibration, ultrasonic, infrared, and oil-sampling methods. The role also supports environmental, health, and safety programs and performs root cause and failure-mode analyses.

Provides HR leadership and daily guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, labor relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, compliance, investigations, and policy interpretation. Partners with local unions, supports responses to EEOC and DOL claims, maintains regulatory knowledge, assists with HRIS updates, reporting, exit interviews, and recruiting, and supports environmental, health, and safety programs.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across a multi-year mining concentrator and tailings expansion. Oversee engineering governance from feasibility through closeout, ensure quality, safety, schedule, budget, technical assurance, value optimization, and alignment with standards while coordinating with EPC/CM, procurement, construction, operations, and stakeholders.
