Oversee day-to-day operations, quality, and financial performance of assigned programs; supervise Campus/Community House Managers; ensure regulatory compliance, staff development, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation. May manage a caseload and perform on-call duties.

Support Merakey's growth by conducting market research and competitive analysis, generating leads, maintaining pipelines, supporting acquisitions and RFP/grant responses, coordinating projects, representing the organization at events, and providing reporting and insights to leadership.
