Own and execute Oracle Fusion HCM strategy and roadmap across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and Recruiting. Align HCM initiatives with OCTO and enterprise objectives, lead integration planning and M&A HCM due diligence, manage vendor and system integrator relationships, and ensure governance, compliance, and performance reporting for HR systems.
