Assists with athletic equipment room and game-day operations, including inventory reporting, equipment and apparel fitting, issuing, repair, ordering, exchanges, laundering, budgeting, vendor coordination, and bid analysis. Communicates with administrators, coaches, and student-athletes while maintaining NCAA, conference, university, and departmental standards. Supports contest management and responds to operational needs. This opportunity is limited to Post University students and allows up to 20 hours per week.

Supports athletic communications for 22 NCAA Division II programs by gathering and distributing sports information and statistics. Creates video content, manages social media and website updates, assists with streaming and editing, maintains statistics, provides audio/visual and public-address support, and coordinates game-day operations. The role develops favorable media coverage for teams, coaches, and the athletic department. Evening and weekend availability is required, and the opportunity is limited to Post University students.

Student employee supporting athletic equipment operations by distributing and collecting gear, tracking inventory, organizing storage, cleaning and maintaining equipment, operating laundry machines, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. The role also includes inspecting equipment for safety issues, reporting shortages or damage, and providing equipment logistics support during athletic events. Students may not work during scheduled class times under Federal Work Study regulations.
