As an Investment Marketing Analyst, you will research, maintain performance reporting, assist with marketing communications, support training programs, and promote investment products.

Maintain and audit certificate rates and values, prepare quotes and illustrations, test product values and forms, diagnose and correct issues, respond to inquiries, document calculations, and produce reports while supporting administrative tasks.

Evaluate and research investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, annuities, REITs, etc.), perform due diligence and risk assessments, create training materials, provide product support, communicate product changes, track production metrics, and collaborate with compliance, marketing, training, and operations to educate representatives.

Provide Tier 2+ endpoint and laptop lifecycle support including troubleshooting, imaging and Windows OS deployment, scripting (PowerShell/Python), endpoint tool administration (Intune, BigFix, ControlUp, Defender), hardware inspections, firmware maintenance, vendor/audit coordination, user training, off-hour upgrades, and on-call rotation support.

The Business Analyst will improve processes, document requirements, participate in projects, and collaborate with technology experts to ensure effective solutions.

Lead projects from approval to implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while maintaining project documentation and communication with stakeholders.

Perform internal audits of financial, regulatory, and operational controls; assist with annual risk assessment and audit planning; communicate with management; prepare audit reports; monitor remediation efforts; support external auditors; leverage data analytics to identify risks and improve processes; report findings to leadership and the Audit Committee.

Process life, disability, and waiver claims; request and review supplemental records; approve payments within limits; prepare tax documents; create and maintain claim records; correspond with members, beneficiaries, providers, representatives, and internal departments; maintain knowledge of plans, riders, settlement options, and relevant tax laws.

Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and talent development programs. Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, create curricula, facilitate training, measure program impact, manage vendors and budgets, and coach a team to build a culture of continuous learning.
