Perform independent commercial credit underwriting including cash flow, collateral, industry and management analysis. Prepare credit write-ups, recommend risk grades, develop loan structures and covenants, assist lenders with portfolio management, reviews, appraisals, loan documentation, and customer interactions. Train junior analysts and support regulatory exam and reporting activities.

Manage the SBA/Government Lending Operations team, ensuring compliance with SBA regulations, supervising staff, and overseeing the entire loan lifecycle from documentation to servicing.

Originate and manage HELOCs, portfolio loans, and fixed-rate purchase/refinance loans. Drive business development, manage pipeline and borrower communications, collect and verify documentation for underwriting via AUS, prepare loan write-ups, ensure compliance with Freddie Mac and bank guidelines, explain loan disclosures, cross-sell bank products, and support closings. Maintain CRM records and deliver high customer service.

Support commercial lending lifecycle: structure and close loans, analyze credit requests, manage documentation, appraisals, portfolio reviews, covenants, delinquencies, renewals, and client servicing while ensuring compliance and cross-selling.

The Wealth Management Advisor administers trust accounts, develops client relationships, ensures compliance, and provides financial guidance, while maintaining high service standards.
