Supports Global Banking Officers in managing and retaining high-net-worth domestic and international client relationships, particularly Latin American clients. Requires strong financial-services knowledge, communication, organization, accuracy, initiative, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Build and manage customer relationships by identifying financial needs, recommending banking products, generating referrals, and supporting small-business customers. Open and maintain accounts, process cash and negotiable instruments, balance cash drawers, and follow AML/BSA, OFAC, audit, security, and risk-control procedures. Conduct outbound calls, participate in community and networking events, explain self-service technology, and collaborate with branch leadership while delivering responsive customer service.

Supports bank treasury and balance-sheet optimization through financial modeling, forecasting, liquidity and capital analysis, fixed-income valuation, interest-rate risk assessment, funds transfer pricing, and loan and deposit pricing. Develops reports, dashboards, and automated data processes using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SQL. Partners with Finance, Risk, Lending, Deposits, and Technology on strategic initiatives, regulatory reporting, stress testing, profitability analysis, and process improvements.

Provide investment advice and financial planning to Private Advisor clients (<$1M), develop leads and referrals, manage client relationships, recommend investment products, articulate portfolio adjustments, deliver presentations, and use MGPro and Microsoft Office while maintaining required licenses and regulatory compliance.

The Senior Client Advisor focuses on relationship building with customers, understands their financial needs, promotes bank products, and ensures compliance with banking regulations.

The role requires flexible scheduling across various branches within The Villages.

Prepare and review commercial loan documents in compliance with bank policies and regulations. Coordinate due diligence, approvals, documentation, and closings with loan officers, attorneys, borrowers, and closing agents. Handle complex transactions involving aircraft, transportation, leases, SBA loans, letters of credit, and collateral documentation. Ensure AML/BSA, audit, risk-control, and operational requirements are met while achieving production and service-level goals.
