Processes and balances daily ACH transactions, including disputes, stop payments, returns, rejects, Federal Reserve adjustments, death notifications, and reclamations. Monitors ACH files, risk, compliance, and confirmations; prepares reports; supports retail branches with ACH policies and NACHA rules; assists with testing, procedures, projects, and core conversions; and maintains accurate, timely Deposit Operations support.

Develops small business lending opportunities through community networking, prospecting, referrals, broker relationships, and internal partnerships. Structures credit facilities, evaluates financial statements and tax returns, identifies risk, negotiates complex credit requests, and balances customer needs with bank requirements. Maintains lending product proficiency, coaches branch associates on referrals, builds brand awareness through civic involvement, and supports customer retention and bank-wide initiatives.

Supports Wealth Advisors by coordinating client onboarding, account servicing, meeting preparation, financial planning organization, CRM reporting, scheduling, prospecting, seminars, and client communications. Maintains pending issues, team logistics, confidentiality, compliance, and relationships with internal banking partners. Requires strong financial-services knowledge, communication, organization, accuracy, initiative, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
