Supports daily identity and access management operations by provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning access to enterprise systems and banking applications. Manages onboarding, transfers, and terminations while processing access requests accurately and maintaining audit-ready records. Collaborates with HR, Information Security, IT service management, application owners, and business partners to enforce least privilege and role-based access controls. Provides customer-focused support for access-related requests and follows security, regulatory, and documented procedures.
