Leads strategic finance, balance sheet strategy, capital and liquidity planning, investor relations, corporate development, financial modeling, valuation, and executive communications. Cross-sell banking and treasury management products, ensure CIP/BSA compliance, support teller operations and cash balancing, assist with team training, and contribute to branch goals while delivering accurate, professional customer service.

Leads commercial real estate credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring for business clients. Evaluates financial statements, collateral, loan structures, cash flows, covenant compliance, and borrower risk; prepares credit packages and recommendations. Supports loan documentation, regulatory compliance, risk-rating reviews, and problem-loan reporting. Manages and develops employees, participates in hiring and performance evaluations, and collaborates with relationship managers and loan administration.

Oversees branch operations across temporary regional assignments, including cash and non-cash transactions, regulatory compliance, quality control, audits, reporting, customer service, workflow coordination, and expense control. Supervises, coaches, trains, evaluates, and helps hire employees; resolves customer issues; approves transactions; supports branch certifications and audits; and manages branches in the absence of local leadership. Requires travel between branch locations and the ability to maintain high service and compliance standards.

Supports IT change management operations by coordinating change requests, validating documentation, managing CAB activities, tracking approvals and exceptions, overseeing change freezes, producing reports and dashboards, supporting audits, maintaining procedures and training materials, and following up on overdue or non-compliant changes. The role also provides stakeholder guidance and identifies process improvements.

Develops and manages a portfolio of privately held middle-market business clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, expanding relationships, generating interest and fee income, advising clients on banking products, building referral networks, structuring and underwriting credits, and resolving account issues. The role requires strong knowledge of commercial lending, banking compliance, financial products, relationship management, communication, organization, and independent decision-making.

Administer employee, vendor, contractor, and external-user access across applications. Review and fulfill access requests, revoke terminated-user access, reset passwords, configure application profiles, troubleshoot access issues, support implementations and acquisitions, and provide audit documentation. The role requires help desk experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Processes and reviews complex banking transactions, including ACH, wires, deposits, stop payments, check claims, and fraud alerts. Supports branches and banking teams with customer issues, documentation, database maintenance, correspondence, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Approves transactions within delegated authority, cross-trains teams, responds to inquiries, manages risks, and participates in operational projects.
