Oversee litigation lifecycle, mentor and supervise staff, liaise with outside counsel and vendors, reconcile financial and productivity reports, prepare legal placement files, monitor call flow, enforce policies, and support operational excellence and compliance.

Manage charged-off auto accounts through outbound/inbound calls, negotiate payment plans or settlements, perform extensive skip tracing and collateral valuation, maintain accurate account and recovery records, and collaborate with team to meet department goals while complying with collection laws (FDCPA).
