Own the end-to-end fraud strategy for Felix’s new card issuance program, including authorization decisioning, authentication, velocity controls, onboarding risk, cross-account detection, dispute management, and network fraud monitoring. Build the fraud operating model with vendors, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Fraud Operations. Use advanced SQL and BigQuery to assess exposure, backtest thresholds, monitor fraud indicators, and develop scalable controls for future products and markets.

Own Felix’s US fintech partner ecosystem, including banks, payment processors, stablecoin issuers, yield providers, and credit infrastructure vendors. Lead infrastructure strategy, partner performance, commercial negotiations, product and engineering alignment, compliance coordination, and vendor selection. Build partnership playbooks and hire and develop a team of partnership managers while enabling new credit, lending, wallet, and digital asset products.

Lead the strategy, development, and scaling of Felix’s payments platform and orchestration layer. Own processor routing, payment methods, settlement, reconciliation, authorization, conversion, processing cost, and GMV metrics. Collaborate with engineering, finance, fraud, operations, business development, and external banking and processor partners. Use SQL, experimentation, and technical systems knowledge to improve payment performance, resilience, and unit economics across cards, wallets, ACH, cash, and alternative payment rails.

Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Felix’s Payouts Platform across bank transfers, instant payments, wallets, cards, cash networks, and crypto rails. Drive platform adoption, market and partner expansion, payout routing, reliability, cost reduction, automation, compliance, liquidity coordination, and service commitments. Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, treasury, product, and business development teams while tracking payout success, speed, and cost metrics.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Felix’s payments orchestration platform. Lead processor, banking, settlement, payment-method, routing, reconciliation, and tokenization initiatives while improving authorization, conversion, reliability, processing costs, and GMV. Partner hands-on with engineering, finance, fraud, operations, business development, executives, and external payment partners. Analyze payment data using SQL, launch integrations across cards, wallets, ACH, cash, and alternative rails, and scale resilient payment infrastructure.

Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Felix’s Payouts Platform, a shared service supporting bank transfers, instant payments, wallets, cards, cash networks, and crypto rails. Lead market and partner expansion, integrations, routing, reliability, cost optimization, compliance alignment, and automation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, treasury, and business development to improve payout success, speed, visibility, and scalability across Latin America and beyond.

Own the strategy and execution of Felix’s payments platform, including payment orchestration, processor routing, settlement, reconciliation, and payment-method integrations. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Fraud, Operations, and external banking and processor partners. Analyze payment metrics using dashboards and SQL, improve authorization, conversion, reliability, processing costs, and GMV, and communicate product strategy to executives and stakeholders.

Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Felix’s Payouts Platform, enabling reliable, fast, low-cost money movement across bank transfers, wallets, cards, cash networks, and crypto rails. Lead market and partner integrations, payout routing, validation, reliability, compliance, liquidity, and automation initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, treasury, and business development teams while defining service commitments and tracking success, speed, and cost metrics.

Own the strategy, evolution, and adoption of Felix’s core orchestration platform for remittance transactions. Define platform boundaries, workflow contracts, reliability guarantees, observability, and self-service tooling. Lead roadmap sequencing for future products, balance platform investment with remittance reliability, establish success metrics, and partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and finance. The role requires strong distributed-systems knowledge, payments experience, data fluency, exceptional writing, and the ability to make effective platform tradeoffs.

Own the strategy, roadmap, contracts, reliability metrics, and evolution of Felix’s orchestration platform for remittance and future products. Define workflow primitives, interfaces, retry and compensation semantics, observability, onboarding, and SLAs. Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and finance on architecture and platform adoption. The role requires strong distributed-systems knowledge, payments experience, data fluency, exceptional writing, and the judgment to prioritize platform investments and enforce product boundaries.
