Own the self-service Flow Platform enabling teams to build and operate intelligent product conversations. Lead configuration, reusable primitives, testing, evaluation, experimentation, governance, rollout, and rollback. Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, CX, Support, and Data on platform enablement, migrations, human handoffs, safety, localization, and launch standards. Translate recurring team needs into scalable, automated capabilities while managing technical tradeoffs and platform strategy.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Python backend services for payment processing, risk controls, and transaction flows. Contribute to architecture decisions, reliability, performance, testing, production troubleshooting, CI/CD, observability, and developer tooling. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver cloud-native financial solutions using GCP services and distributed-systems principles.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Python backend services supporting payment processing, risk controls, and financial transactions. Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver polished, accessible, intuitive experiences and preserve a consistent conversational product across multiple surfaces.

Own the strategy and execution of Felix’s customer-facing surfaces, including its mobile app, WhatsApp experience, and messaging gateway. Lead roadmap prioritization, research, requirements, launches, provider economics, and Meta partnerships. Ensure a consistent conversational experience across channels while adapting to each surface’s capabilities. Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver polished, accessible experiences supported by experimentation, behavioral metrics, APIs, integrations, and scalable messaging infrastructure.

Architect and develop scalable backend microservices for payments, disbursements, or GRC workflows. Design secure, high-performance infrastructure and integrate Google Cloud services to support millions of daily requests. Build REST-based distributed systems, payment and compliance capabilities, KYC workflows, and financial operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and compliance teams, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve platform functionality through analytics and user feedback.

Own the execution of payout-system programs, including integrating and validating new payment rails, monitoring provider health, coordinating outage recovery, and establishing post-launch monitoring. Manage cross-functional requests, prepare engineering-ready tickets, document scalable runbooks, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners. The role requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and technical skills, plus professional Spanish and English fluency.
