Own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements and analyses. Manage accounts payable and global disbursements, support annual audit and tax/compliance filings, optimize systems and automation, document policies, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely financial results and readiness for audit.

Lead design and scaling of AbbyCare's platform operations, tooling, automations, and workflows. Own operational roadmap, partner with Product, Engineering, BizApps, and Analytics to harden cross-system workflows, run operational discovery and pilots, launch new markets and service lines, and build documentation, training, and scalable playbooks. Drive AI-forward automation, mentor operators, and continuously reduce manual work to enable efficient onboarding, support, and care delivery at scale.
