Develop and execute digital services and eCommerce sales strategies for gift card solutions. Identify prospects, manage pipelines and revenue targets, grow enterprise accounts, negotiate contracts and pricing, and build strategic partnerships. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital gift cards, payments, and eCommerce strategy while collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams. The role is home-office based in the UK with occasional international travel.

Leads and develops a telephone-based B2B sales team selling corporate card solutions. Responsibilities include setting performance standards, coaching representatives, monitoring pipeline and forecasts, improving conversion rates, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring CRM accuracy, and maintaining compliant, customer-focused sales practices. The manager partners with senior leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to drive pipeline generation, revenue growth, and continuous sales improvement.

Manage assigned client relationships for gift card programs, serving as the primary liaison and providing consultative support. Analyze program performance, sales trends, and redemption data; prepare reports and dashboards; recommend improvements; and identify upselling and account-growth opportunities. Collaborate with sales, product, finance, operations, and technology teams to resolve issues and support client onboarding. The role is remote in the UK with planned client travel and occasional international travel.

Lead the design, architecture, and development of reliable, performant applications and services across the r2cOnline and 1link ecosystem. Write extensible code, build reusable components, and apply TDD, BDD, agile, DevOps, and cloud practices. Mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, support recruitment, advise product owners, contribute to architectural strategy, and introduce valuable AI-driven enhancements. Collaborate with designers, engineers, leadership, customers, and partners to improve products and development processes.

Provides first-line support to 1link users through telephone, web chat, and email. Resolves routine issues, schedules and updates vehicle service bookings, handles complaints, records interactions in CRM or ticketing systems, protects customer information, and escalates unresolved queries. The role requires accurate multitasking, professional communication, adherence to support procedures, and collaboration with internal teams. Formal hands-on training and an assigned onsite workspace are provided.

Provide outbound telephone support to Service Centre users to chase overdue Service Booking and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) requests. Record call details in the 1link Product Support system, meet call and action targets, escalate issues to Network Support and liaise with second-line support when needed.

Manage and expand relationships with enterprise clients for the Roomex platform. Drive revenue growth, lead product adoption and education, develop strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor KPIs, and provide travel-industry expertise. Occasional customer travel required.

Manage assigned French-market clients for corporate gift card and payments solutions. Build relationships, analyze program performance, present reports, identify upsell opportunities, support onboarding, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive revenue and optimize client outcomes.
