Lead MuleSoft API design, development, governance and operational support across enterprise integrations. Drive architecture, standards, CI/CD, security, and compliance; collaborate with stakeholders, produce technical documentation, and mentor teams to ensure reliable, scalable API solutions.

Support credit portfolio analytics by managing data workflows, troubleshooting and validating data using Python and SQL, integrating data from APIs and multiple systems, developing dashboards and reports, creating test cases, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement scalable processes and improvements.

Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 admin portals and collaboration tools, monitor and troubleshoot M365 services, manage incidents and problems, create and maintain KBs and procedures, manage SharePoint sites and Teams, enforce data governance and security remediations, and support compliance and cross-functional projects.

Lead design and governance of enterprise DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines, implement security and compliance controls (including DevSecOps tooling), leverage AI agents and GitHub Copilot, mentor engineers, create Power BI dashboards, support audits, and collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to modernize and secure deployments.

Lead enterprise operational improvements by designing and implementing complex process and data solutions across banking systems. Define business and reporting requirements, manage multiple projects, lead testing and deployments, mentor junior analysts, develop training and change management, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to improve user experience and data availability.
