Develop, maintain, and enhance quantitative financial and optimization models for MSR/EBO portfolios. Perform data mining, predictive modeling, large-scale data processing, valuation, risk assessment, stress testing, and deliver monthly/quarterly analytics to support trading, hedging, and strategic decisions across Risk, FP&A, and Servicing.

Lead and perform SOX and FDICIA internal control testing, document ICOFR, maintain control software (Workiva), identify and report control deficiencies, develop mitigations, supervise and develop staff, and coordinate with auditors, regulators, and process owners.

Manage operational client relationships and a pipeline of 100-125 active mortgage units. Maintain client contact, manage aged loans, locks, expirations, and cancellations. Meet KPI goals, handle high call/email volume, answer ~90% of client inquiries, review documentation, clear conditions, run daily reports, and oversee sellers' pipeline toward funding.

Manage specialty deposit portfolios for law firms and fiduciary clients (escrow, QSF, DACA). Oversee account openings/closings, escrow agreement review, onboarding, transactions, reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, CRM documentation, vendor relationships, and process improvement initiatives.
