Underwrite complex commercial credit requests and renewals (CRE, term, asset-based, working capital), analyze financials, collateral, entity structure and market data, prepare credit memos and presentations, recommend approvals, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead planning, execution, and reporting for finance-focused internal audits. Lead the full product lifecycle for a suite of commercial banking digital channels: define strategy and roadmap, conduct market research, build business cases, manage design and implementation, monitor product health and pricing, ensure compliance and risk controls, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and hire and develop a team of Product Analysts.

Lead and execute risk and control testing, plan and document testing strategies, evaluate controls, analyze exceptions, recommend control improvements, and consult with first-line business units to ensure compliance with risk policies and program requirements.

Prepare and maintain financial analyses and credit studies for loan officers and executives. Spread and analyze client financials, assess credit and collateral risk, prepare loan packages and reports, collaborate across bank groups on treasury and legal documentation, coordinate with third parties, and monitor loan disbursements for regulatory compliance.

Lead process assessments and improvement across mortgage operations. Map workflows, identify automation and training gaps, manage vendors, conduct UAT, surface regulatory risks, and present findings to management to streamline operations and improve quality.

Manage specialty deposit portfolios for law firms and fiduciary clients (escrow, QSF, DACA). Oversee account openings/closings, escrow agreement review, onboarding, transactions, reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, CRM documentation, vendor relationships, and process improvement initiatives.

Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate closing of commercial loans; monitor credit risk and portfolio performance; prepare financing requests for approval; ensure regulatory and policy compliance; support Relationship Managers and provide customer service.
