Reconciles manufacturing and warehouse inventory in ERP M3, investigates discrepancies, analyzes production variances, and corrects transaction errors. Partners with Production, Inventory, Distribution Center Warehouse, and Receiving teams to align physical inventory with system records. Supports daily and month-end inventory close, maintains audit documentation, monitors variance trends, identifies process or system gaps, and recommends corrective actions. The role requires Excel proficiency, analytical skills, and experience in food manufacturing or warehouse inventory management.

Coordinates HR and payroll activities, including benefits administration, payroll audits, onboarding, orientations, employee relations, recruiting support, claims, I-9 compliance, and employee records. Provides guidance on benefits, compensation, and leave programs while supporting HR leadership. The role operates across office, production, and warehouse environments and may require overtime or nonstandard scheduling.

Greet visitors and vendors, answer and direct phone calls, provide administrative support to production offices, handle mail, applications, filing, scanning, and respond to customer and employee requests. Regular punctual attendance required; may include overtime, evenings, or weekends.

Manages corporate travel arrangements, including air, ground transportation, hotels, meetings, and events. Processes ticket changes, refunds, exchanges, and unused tickets while ensuring compliance with travel policies and billing requirements. Coordinates reporting with accounting, negotiates travel rates, manages direct billing, resolves potential issues, and maintains communication with the travel agency partner. May also arrange personal travel for employees and their families.

Manages plant HR and payroll staff, site recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, employment-law compliance, leaves, workers’ compensation, payroll timekeeping, training, and safety programs. Advises facility leadership, educates production employees on policies, investigates workplace matters, partners with corporate HR on risk issues, and supports employee engagement and recognition initiatives in office, production, and warehouse environments.

Designs, builds, troubleshoots, and maintains PLC control and drive systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley), develops control cabinets, implements SCADA/diagnostics, ensures backups and safety compliance, and trains maintenance staff in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
