Serve as the Center for the Performing Arts primary K–12 connector: build educator relationships through regular school and library visits, support Student Matinee programming, develop teacher-facing curricular materials, track participation data, and coordinate educator events and partnerships to expand arts-integrated instruction.

Undergraduate internship supporting AI/ML research through labeling and annotating geospatial datasets (tracks, images, video, text, sensor data). Collaborate with researchers using labeling tools, contribute to data quality assurance, and support model development for Navy/DoD/IC applications. On-site in State College, PA; up to 20 hours/week during semesters, up to 40 hours/week in summer. U.S. citizenship and background checks required.

Provide ECAD design support for R&D engineers: create schematics, PCBs, circuit card assemblies, BOMs; use Teamcenter PLM for configuration management; manage work intake, estimates, reporting, design reviews, and maintain required compliance training.

Administer post-award sponsored programs: set up funds/accounts, prepare budgets and adjustments, manage labor distribution and personnel on awards, review expenditures, manage subawards and financial reporting, ensure compliance with funding policies, resolve issues and implement process improvements, and supervise staff.

Evaluate systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and enforce security controls. Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, draft and monitor POAMs, obtain certification and accreditation under DoD RMF, assist audits and forensic preservation, implement policies and configurations, meet stakeholders, and stay current on industry best practices. Higher-level duties include leading assessments, developing unit-wide controls, supporting CIRT, and providing guidance to junior analysts.

Provide high-level administrative support for undergraduate office: manage multiple calendars and scheduling, process financial documents via SIMBA and SAP CONCUR, coordinate meetings/events and travel, prepare agendas/materials/reports, greet and assist visitors, perform data entry and maintain files/databases, handle equipment/work orders, and maintain confidential information in a fast-paced, student-facing environment.
