Plan and execute state and national 4-H events including logistics, venue selection, registration, volunteer recruitment/training, travel coordination, budget management, promotion, evaluation, and youth safety oversight.

Higher levels include technical leadership and mentorship.

Provide administrative and office management support for the Washington County Extension Office, with primary responsibility for multi-county financial operations (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, reimbursements, donations, budgets) using university systems and QuickBooks. Perform front-line customer service, coordinate events/meetings, assist with Salesforce and database tasks, support facility and IT needs, and help with grants, audits, and supplier registration.

Perform reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploit development, and malware/CNO tool analysis; build proof-of-concept tools and test environments; lead tasks, mentor junior engineers, engage sponsors with technical briefings, and support project management and business development for cyberspace operations research.

Design, prototype, and implement next-generation SD-WAN solutions for DoD and IC environments. Develop network automation (Python/Ansible), test in connected and disconnected environments, document architectures, and support classified deployments. Collaborate to transition R&D into operational solutions; higher-level roles lead architecture, mentor staff, and present to senior leadership.

Lead and conduct applied research in image processing, computer vision, and computational imaging. Model imaging systems (EO and/or SAR), design experiments, analyze results, document findings, support R&D programs, mentor teams, and communicate results to sponsors across defense, security, and geospatial applications.
