Senior individual contributor to own major parts of the codebase, shape architecture, implement features, mentor engineers, and maintain technical velocity at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup. Sell Juicebox's recruiting SaaS to in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies via inbound demos and trials. Close ACVs of $10K–$50K with 2–3 week deal cycles, upsell existing customers, and consistently exceed quota. Role is based in San Francisco.

Lead definition and execution of Juiceboxs brand: audit current identity, set positioning, voice, and visual system, and translate strategy into campaigns, content, product storytelling, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and product.

Build and own scalable customer education, community, and champion programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Create onboarding academies, in-product education, webinars, forums, and advocacy initiatives to reduce CSM lift and accelerate net revenue retention.

Own and build the product function: gather customer insights, write PRDs/specs, prioritize roadmap, partner with engineering/design, triage bugs vs features, and establish product processes while representing product externally.

Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features focused on search and ranking. Work with LLMs (including fine-tuning), add filters and data sources to the search engine, and improve user onboarding and search relevance. Collaborate closely with founders and engineering to iterate rapidly.

Own mid-market and enterprise inbound deals, closing $50K–$150K+ ACV contracts. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps, engage founders and engineers to unblock deals, and sell to Heads of TA/VP People. Role is in-office in San Francisco and focuses on scaling revenue and upsells across existing customers.
