Leads transportation sales growth by developing strategic accounts, expanding revenue, building sales plans, and driving team performance. Oversees pipeline development, sales reporting, executive reviews, and customer growth strategies across business units. Requires logistics and transportation sales experience, strategic account leadership, and willingness to travel extensively.

Manages daily operations for dedicated less-than-truckload accounts by coordinating and tracking shipments, monitoring load coverage, handling freight classification and pricing, selecting carriers and service levels, resolving delays or discrepancies, and maintaining customer, facility, carrier, and internal relationships. The role also supports compliance, profitability, service quality, and customer-specific pricing evaluations.

Support branch key accounts by entering and tracking loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups/deliveries, communicating shipment status to customers, resolving shipment and billing issues, preparing loads for accounting, and monitoring reports and performance metrics.

Perform and coordinate accounting duties including month-end/quarter/year-end closes, SOX support, general ledger maintenance and reconciliations, journal entry preparation, financial and management reporting, and ad hoc analyses in accordance with GAAP.

The Key Account Manager will manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and account growth, negotiate sale terms, and maintain accuracy in reporting.
