Sell RXO’s Fuel Card program and related services to small fleets. Responsibilities include cold calling, managing existing accounts, growing the customer base, maintaining the sales pipeline, assisting with credit applications, analyzing customer reports for opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; sales and transportation or 3PL experience are preferred.

Leads digital forensics investigations supporting cybersecurity incidents, legal matters, compliance reviews, and employee misconduct inquiries. Collects, preserves, analyzes, and documents evidence across enterprise systems while maintaining chain of custody. Performs forensic triage, root-cause analysis, timeline reconstruction, and artifact analysis; supports incident response and prepares defensible reports. Partners with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Audit, evaluates forensic methods and tools, provides expert testimony when needed, and mentors junior analysts.

Supports branch key accounts by entering and tracking loads, confirming shipment details, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, and communicating status updates to customers. Resolves shipment issues, maintains accurate Transportation Management System records, prepares loads for accounting, reports billing and follow-up issues, prioritizes account workloads, and monitors report cards. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced transportation environment.
