As a Supervisor in Last Mile Operations, you will assign tasks, monitor activities, instruct associates on safety and equipment, and manage inventory while enhancing productivity and leadership.

The Account Executive will sell factoring and financial services to small fleets, focusing on customer growth, account management, and sales pipeline management.

Schedule, coordinate, and monitor drivers and equipment to ensure safe, timely transportation. Plan and modify daily schedules, monitor shipments, troubleshoot discrepancies, enter and maintain data in the TMS, generate reports, process documentation, and communicate with customers and internal teams to meet requirements and resolve issues.

Manage daily last-mile operations for contract carriers: schedule and monitor routes, dispatch, train and mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, optimize routes, and resolve operational issues to meet customer expectations.

Supervise last-mile operations, assign and monitor associate tasks, enforce safety and equipment procedures, manage inventory and supplies, train and correct performance, and optimize productivity while ensuring housekeeping and merchandise reconciliation.

Enter and manage loads in the TMS, route and dispatch shipments, monitor pickups and deliveries, communicate status to account managers/customers, investigate shortages or damages, schedule appointments, and provide routing instructions to drivers.

Identify and develop leads (cold calling and databases), negotiate rates with customers and carriers, maintain shipment integrity and operating system data, track billing/invoicing, and drive revenue and volume growth for small and medium customers.

Provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, traffic coordination, monitoring pickups/deliveries, communicating status to account managers/customers, investigating load issues, scheduling appointments, and routing drivers.

Supervise last-mile operations team to maximize productivity and safety. Assign and monitor work, train associates on equipment and procedures, manage inventory and supplies, enforce safety and housekeeping, resolve performance issues, and ensure merchandise reconciliation.

Provide logistics support including order entry, routing/dispatch, traffic coordination, load monitoring, driver check calls, delivery scheduling, investigating overages/damages, and updating account managers, customers, and receivers on load status.
