Own end-to-end client onboarding from kickoff through launch: manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication; assess client CRM architecture; define API-based lead and attribution requirements; validate integrations with engineering; run discovery, training, and handoffs; and contribute to onboarding playbooks and integration templates to standardize and scale implementations.

Outbound-focused SDR responsible for pipeline generation: researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Personalize outreach using AI and market data, maintain CRM hygiene, track metrics, and hand off qualified opportunities to AEs. Targets dealership and specialty healthcare verticals.

Own end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients: integrate CRMs and data sources, configure and tune AI agents and prompts, debug integrations and agent behavior across the stack, translate business needs into technical setups, and document/standardize onboarding patterns to reduce time-to-live.

Lead product vision and long-term strategy (18–24 months). Shape internal and external narrative, identify high-leverage improvements across product, engineering, and GTM, translate technical possibilities into market value, pressure-test priorities with leadership, and build shared understanding so teams align on purpose and sequencing. Operate as a technical, founder-minded product leader in an early-stage, high-pace environment.

Triage and resolve client issues for LLM-powered AI agents by debugging conversation logs, tuning prompts, and applying small code fixes. Manage client-specific configurations, validate changes, collaborate on prioritization, and document resolutions to maintain reliable, accurate agent behavior.

Architect and build scalable full-stack systems using TypeScript and multiple databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis). Design server-side logic, APIs, and responsive front ends, deploy to cloud using containerization, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and drive technical direction for an AI-powered sales product.
