Lahzo is changing how businesses grow through AI-powered sales and marketing solutions. Founded in 2023 and backed by strong investors, we've built the perfect revenue growth flywheel by combining enterprise-grade AI Sales Agents with hyper-targeted digital advertising. Our integrated platform helps businesses across industries like RV, Marine, Powersports, Heavy Agriculture, and Specialty Healthcare attract, engage, and convert customers 24/7.
Our AI agents generate leads our clients can see. Connecting those leads to closed revenue inside a client's own systems is harder: back-end data is often fragmented across tools, inconsistently maintained, or never traced end to end. That's the problem this role exists to solve.
This is a forward-deployed role. You won't work from a dashboard or wait for clean data to arrive. You'll work inside each client's world, their CRM, their DMS, their POS or EHR, and their people, to establish a trustworthy trace from a lead to a real sale, one client at a time.
To be clear about the scope: our lead-to-sale approach is already established. Your job is making it hold up inside each client's reality, not designing a measurement methodology from scratch.
What You’ll DoUnderstand each client's data systems
- Work directly with each client's team to map how their data actually flows: where leads land, how records get created and re-keyed, what a “sale” looks like in their system, and which fields are trustworthy versus maintained by hand.
- Every client is different. You won't be handed a spec, and there's no single system to specialize in; the skill is orienting quickly in whatever stack is in front of you, whether that's Dynamics, Salesforce, a dealership DMS, or something bespoke.
Establish the data connection
- Work with the client, and where needed their DMS or CRM vendor, to get their sales data flowing to us on a recurring basis and keyed so leads and sales can be matched. A recurring automated feed is the target; a manual export is a starting point, not a destination.
- Getting there often takes trust more than technology. Your counterpart may be a database administrator, or may be an owner-operator who has never exported a file. You'll be effective with both.
Verify the data is right
- Assume nothing that arrives is correct until you've proven it. You'll validate client-supplied data without being able to see its source system, reconciling across successive deliveries, anchoring on stable identifiers, and finding the records that quietly change or disappear.
- This is the part most people skip, and it's the part that matters most. An unverified feed produces a confident, wrong answer, and we'd rather find that ourselves than have a client find it for us.
Prove lead to sale
- Build the matching logic that connects leads to a client's closed deals, quantify what you can't match and why, and deliver an ROI answer the client believes about their own business.
- Define what needs to be built to support that on an ongoing basis, and verify it's right once it's running.
Answer the questions that come up along the way
- Lead-to-sale is the anchor, but not the whole job. You'll take on ad hoc analysis for clients and for us: why one segment converts differently than another, what a change in lead quality looks like in the numbers, where a funnel is actually losing people. You'll scope the question, write the SQL yourself, and deliver an answer someone can act on.
- These questions arrive with imperfect data and a real deadline. Judgment about how much rigor a given question deserves, and how confident you should sound in the answer, matters as much as technique.
Make the next client faster than the last
- Client systems cluster into families. As you work through clients, you'll turn what starts as bespoke investigation into a repeatable approach: a standard data request, known failure modes by system type, and a clear definition of what a good client feed contains.
Required Qualifications
- A background in technical or implementation consulting with at least 5 years of experience: professional services, solutions delivery, technical account management, or client-facing data work at a vendor. You've landed inside someone else's systems and made something work there.
- Strong analytical ability: you can take an ambiguous question, work out what would actually answer it, and build that answer from imperfect data, segmenting, comparing across time, and sizing what you find. You know the difference between a number you can defend and one that merely looks right.
- A track record of ad hoc analysis on a real timeline. Someone brings you a half-formed question, you scope it, query it, and come back with an answer and an honest read on how much to trust it.
- A habit of verifying data you didn't produce. You reconcile, cross-check across time, and look for what's missing rather than confirming what's present.
- Demonstrated ability to orient quickly in unfamiliar operational systems: you understand not just tables but how people actually use the system, and therefore where the data breaks. Breadth across many different client systems matters more here than depth in any one platform.
- Advanced, hands-on SQL: multi-table joins, CTEs, window functions, and the aggregation and reconciliation queries that surface where two systems disagree. This is a role where you personally query the data every week, and analysis is a standing part of the job rather than an occasional detour.
- Client-facing versatility: you can run a working session with a client's database administrator and, the same week, walk a non-technical owner through what you found and what it means.
- You're a senior individual contributor and want to stay one. This role has no direct reports and is hands-on daily.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dealership DMS experience, such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or Lightspeed, or experience working with DMS integration middleware.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, or with vertical-specific operational systems.
- Experience establishing recurring data feeds with external partners (SFTP, API, or vendor-mediated data access), including the commercial or political side of getting access approved.
- Cloud data warehouse exposure: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.
- Fluency in a scripting or notebook environment, such as Python and pandas, for analysis that outgrows SQL.
- Background in automotive retail, RV/marine/powersports, agriculture equipment, or elective healthcare.
Skills & Attributes
- Comfortable being the only Lahzo person in the room, with a client, without a playbook.
- Skeptical by default about data quality, and specific about it: you can say what exactly is wrong and how you know.
- Pragmatic about sequencing: willing to do the same messy investigation several times before deciding what's worth generalizing, and able to recognize when that moment arrives.
- Fast from question to answer: you can get to a directional read quickly and say plainly how much confidence it deserves.
- Clear communicator who can make a client trust a number about their own business.
- Curious about AI-powered marketing and sales technology and how it changes what's measurable.
- Base: $100,000 to $135,000
- Equity: Equity package
Benefits
Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, 401k retirement plan, unlimited PTO, a flexible remote-first culture, and most of all, a collaborative, high-trust environment where your ideas matter.
