Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations: source, screen, interview, assess, perform background/reference checks, extend offers, and manage candidates in the ATS while partnering with hiring managers.

Partner with department leaders to source, screen, and interview candidates for operational roles. Run targeted searches for urgent/complex positions, suggest and use recruiting tools and sourcing methods (Boolean, social recruiting), attend job fairs, and build professional networks with colleges and HR partners to meet hiring needs.
