The role also develops recruiting advertisements, attends career and community events, communicates employment information, and travels to nearby facilities weekly.

The Administrative Manager oversees administration for a large LA Metro contract, including contract compliance, records, client relations, workforce scheduling, staffing coordination, reporting, billing support, training coordination, and cross-functional operational support. The role monitors deliverables, staffing coverage, performance metrics, audits, and financial documentation while supporting contract leadership, employees, recruiting teams, and client stakeholders. Occasional travel and flexible hours may be required.

Leads workforce planning, staffing analytics, operational strategy, and process improvement. Manages and mentors a team, uses forecasting and operational data to anticipate staffing needs, identifies workflow gaps, develops scalable solutions and SOPs, and produces reports and recommendations. Partners with cross-functional operations teams, challenges decisions when necessary, drives process adoption through training and feedback, and oversees administrative functions supporting field staffing and scheduling.

Conduct client-approved internal and covert investigations into theft, violence, and property loss across Memphis distribution centers. Review surveillance and access reports, interview employees, prepare investigation reports, coordinate with client security management and local authorities, and communicate investigation trends and status.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations: partner with hiring managers, source candidates via traditional and nontraditional channels, screen and interview, run assessments and background checks, deliver offers, and maintain candidate records in the ATS while supporting onboarding and hiring manager feedback loops.

Supervise security shift operations including scheduling, payroll and invoicing oversight, attendance and disciplinary tracking, hiring/onboarding, training, compliance, investigations, report auditing, and frequent communication with supervisors and department heads to ensure contract and client requirements are met.

Manage quality assurance for assigned security stations, overseeing shift operations, auditing officer reports, performing field inspections, compiling performance metrics for executive reporting, and coaching or disciplining personnel to ensure contract service-level compliance.
