Perform recruiting operations administration: maintain data accuracy, run audits, enforce compliance, generate reports and dashboards, support training/onboarding, document processes, and assist Talent Acquisition with operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage daily operational staffing and administration for a national security account, lead and inspect field teams, ensure contracts and KPIs are met, serve as client liaison, oversee training and compliance, and report contract performance to senior leadership.

Manage operational quality and contract compliance by supervising staff, establishing schedules and standards, analyzing KPIs and inspection results, producing performance reports, and recommending corrective actions to improve security operations.
