Lead consumer and professional research to identify cost, quality, and performance optimization opportunities for existing products. Drive scenario analysis, engage critical suppliers, influence mitigation strategies (alternate sourcing, inventory, contracts), embed risk into sourcing decisions, and report program status and recommendations to executives during disruptions.

Lead the hardware product strategy for the Connected Security portfolio, engaging in full product lifecycle management, cross-functional leadership, and market research to drive successful product launches.

The Agile Delivery Manager will facilitate agile delivery, removing blockers, coordinating dependencies, and enhancing team maturity across software teams.

Support data entry and processing of merchandising display order requests; learn and document order entry processes; analyze and recommend process improvements; develop updated process documentation and support training and presentations for the US Sales team.

Maintain and optimize warehouse profiling to improve picking efficiency and storage capacity. Use Cubiscan to record accurate product dimensions and weights, correct SAP master data, and manage material movements using SAP, QlikView and Slot 3D. Oversee consolidation and physical product relocations, enforce split-case pick standards, collaborate with packaging engineers on pallet layouts, and produce weekly performance reports with action plans for under-performing metrics.

The Lead coordinates daily tasks, ensures production flow, oversees quality compliance, enforces safety standards, manages inventory, and provides training to employees.
