Manage a commercial servicing team to deliver high-quality service across assigned market verticals; hire, train, coach and evaluate staff; partner with business units (deposit operations, treasury, product) to ensure consistent processes; implement process improvements; ensure BSA/OFAC compliance and complete required AML/BSA training.

Support underwriting and portfolio management by monitoring financial exception reports, updating tickler dates, escalating missing financials, coordinating receipt and imaging of statements, contacting borrowers/CPAs, monitoring delinquent items, and providing timely information to CPMs and Loan Officers.

Manage and market a book of commercial insurance clients: analyze policies, identify exposures, recommend coverages, renew policies, document in EPIC, liaise with underwriters, train staff, and track management reports.

Own product strategy and roadmap for digital and assisted channels; manage end-to-end digital experiences, define product requirements, track KPIs, leverage data and AI insights, run experimentation (A/B tests), partner with design and engineering in agile delivery, and optimize post-launch performance while ensuring regulatory and operational alignment.

Manage development, tuning, and maintenance of machine learning models for financial crimes compliance. Lead statistical analyses to set thresholds, oversee model performance with MLOps, produce risk assessments and monthly metrics, and build Power BI dashboards to capture and present metrics to stakeholders. Position requires some domestic travel.
