Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, print media, website content development, social media presence, email marketing campaigns, CRM tools, and more.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with Internal and external teams around initiation and development of strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the overall focused portfolio of campaigns and activities to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources.
  • Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Skills:
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial businesses.
  • Drives toward goals, takes initiative.
  • Strong project management skills, highly organized with the ability adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with different teams and company stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to learn, contribute, and takes full ownership over Seller Support.
  • Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience in the marketing field developing marketing plans/campaigns and designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
Preferred Experience:
  • MBA degree. Experience in marketing within the finance sector and B2B space.
