Coordinates commercial lending transactions from approval through closing and loan servicing. Manages deal pipelines, reviews loan and closing documentation, supports due diligence, ensures regulatory and risk controls, coordinates funding and booking, reconciles accruals and cash positions, and resolves issues with lenders, relationship managers, counsel, and operations teams.

Identifies and solicits new vendor accounts, manages existing relationships, develops sales and marketing materials, delivers presentations, launches programs, structures lease payment programs, and achieves volume, yield, and profitability targets while controlling expenses.

Leads enterprise crisis management during significant events, including activation, escalation, response coordination, executive briefings, impact tracking, and decision support. Develops crisis-management frameworks, playbooks, notification protocols, and governance. Designs exercises, conducts after-action reviews, and drives measurable resilience improvements. Partners with Technology, Cyber, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Communications, and third parties to integrate crisis response with continuity, recovery, regulatory, and operational resilience capabilities.

Provides end-to-end in-person servicing for Commercial banking clients, including onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, research, transaction error decisioning, and issue resolution. Maintains communication, documentation, compliance, and follow-through while building client relationships. Identifies and refers expansion opportunities to relationship managers and retail partners. Supports branch-based and centralized Commercial workloads.

Own product strategy and roadmap for digital engagement, manage end-to-end digital experiences, define and track KPIs, leverage data and AI for personalization and automation, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, partner with design and engineering in agile delivery, run experiments (A/B tests), and monitor post-launch performance to iterate and optimize.

Underwrites and structures commercial lending transactions, renewals, and amendments; evaluates financial, collateral, covenant, and documentation risks; prepares credit presentations and portfolio reports; presents requests to credit authorities; monitors loan compliance, risk ratings, and criticized loans; and collaborates with clients, lenders, and senior management on risk mitigation and portfolio administration.

Oversees commercial credit portfolios, monitoring loan covenants, collateral, reporting, risk ratings, and client deliverables. Analyzes financial statements, cash flow, collateral, industries, and market conditions; underwrites new and existing transactions; prepares credit presentations and portfolio reports; escalates risks and develops action plans. Participates in client meetings, deal discussions, approval processes, and special portfolio-management projects.

Design and deliver analyses, reports, and dashboards; translate technical findings for business leaders; perform complex data queries and reconciliation; identify data capabilities and partner with enablement teams; mentor analysts and drive a data-driven culture across functions.
