Lead security investigations, incidents, validation efforts, and issue resolution while translating customer needs into engineering requirements. Act as the primary liaison between customer and Zenity teams, run accountability cadences, advise on AI security best practices, and feed field insights into product roadmap decisions.

Embed onsite with Microsoft as a senior engineer to design, build, deploy, and validate production-grade integrations and AI security capabilities on Zenity's platform. Lead technical deployments, run investigations, translate findings to engineering, and influence product roadmap while ensuring enterprise reliability, security, and performance.

Create technical demos, reference architectures, and workshops that make a complex AI-agent security platform understandable. Gather field and customer feedback, validate AI-generated content for accuracy, enable sales and partners with technical assets, represent the product at events, and support launches and technical positioning across product and marketing teams.
