Builds client relationships, tracks milestones, coordinates stakeholders, and supports practice growth through research and thought leadership.

Provides administrative and project support to partners and consultants, including project setup, calendar and meeting coordination, client interview scheduling, document preparation and proofreading, surveys, reporting, invoicing, billing, expense processing, and project documentation. The role requires managing competing priorities, supporting client communications, maintaining professional standards, and working effectively in a hybrid consulting environment.

Co-facilitate multi-session leadership development cohorts for construction clients, delivering interactive learning experiences, fostering inclusive, safe environments, building participant rapport, adapting content to group needs, preparing with senior facilitators, and traveling extensively (50–70%).

Manage core people operations programs, including talent assessment, competency and job description development, onboarding, employee relations, separations, ADA accommodations, HRIS administration, engagement initiatives, workforce planning, policy implementation, compliance, and HR reporting. Partner with leaders and employees on performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, sensitive employee matters, and process improvements while supporting a consistent employee experience.

The Compensation Consultant participates in consulting engagements, conducts market analysis, prepares reports, communicates findings, prioritizes assignments, and supports junior team members in a collaborative team environment.

Leads the growth, profitability, forecasting, business development, and operational scaling of experiential learning programs. Owns program P&Ls, pricing, pipelines, enrollment targets, client experience, and continuous improvement. Builds and develops teams of program managers, coordinators, and facilitators while partnering with Marketing, Consulting, Operations, and subject-matter experts. Develops new offerings, strengthens systems and processes, and may facilitate or refine program content.

Manage and lead project teams and client change initiatives. Requires frequent travel (50–60%).

Work with construction executives to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, design and implement operational solutions across project management, estimating, procurement, equipment/fleet, and field operations. Lead consulting teams, facilitate workshops, support change adoption, deliver measurable results, and contribute thought leadership and industry presentations.
