Manage end-to-end commercial contracts for customers and partners: draft, review, redline, and negotiate SaaS and licensing agreements; partner with Sales to unblock deals; maintain templates and playbooks; ensure security, privacy, and compliance alignment; support HR/employment documentation; coordinate external counsel and assist with disputes and compliance initiatives. Lead Aikido's PR and communications strategy to build media presence among developer, security, and top-tier outlets. Pitch stories, convert product launches and research into coverage, build journalist and analyst relationships, coordinate with product/marketing/events, manage external PR partners, and report on PR performance. Serve as the first in-house communications hire and act independently to spot timely media opportunities.

Manage daily operations of the River North HQ including supplies, maintenance, workplace projects, events, travel logistics, onboarding, payment processing, and internal communications. Serve as liaison between leadership and stakeholders to ensure smooth office functioning and employee experiences.

Own end-to-end SMB sales for a developer-focused security product: run outbound campaigns, follow up inbound leads, manage trials and self-serve to paid conversions, maintain high-volume short-cycle pipeline, execute GTM experiments, and keep CRM data accurate.
