The Customer Experience Marketing Specialist designs and executes data-driven lifecycle engagement strategies to enhance member journeys, collaborating with multiple teams to improve retention and platform utilization.

Support FP&A for ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing, managing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, event revenue and commission reporting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. Serve as primary finance business partner, provide financial modeling, insights, and recommendations, and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to improve controls and processes.
