As a M&A Advisory Associate, you will execute M&A engagements, conduct financial analysis, manage client relations, mentor juniors, and review agreements.

Lead business development for liquidity products, driving revenue across institutional clients. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with investment banking and sales teams, craft advisory solutions and marketing materials, support RFPs and sales campaigns, and provide training and market insights on cash management and money market funds.

The M&A Advisory Analyst will support the M&A team by conducting financial analysis, preparing marketing materials, performing due diligence, and researching market trends.
